Celebrate the Summer Solstice with Selvagem’s Grooving New Mix

Ahead of their upcoming performance at New York’s Full Moon Festival, São Paulo DJ duo Selvagem have shared a grooving exclusive mix with THUMP.

As is normal for the in-demand pair of selectors and party promoters, this session is decidedly unbound by genre and full of tantalizingly obscure gems. Don’t be surprised when disco transitions into electro, followed in quick succession by cumbia and dancehall—Selvagem succeed in proving that sonic adventurousness and feel-good summer vibes do not have to be at odds.

Full Moon takes place July 8 on Governors Island, with a headlining live set by house legend Larry Heard, and performances by Vic Mensa, Kelela, DJ Harvey, Abra, Axel Boman, TOPS, Awesome Tapes From Africa, and more.
