Ingredients
1 ounce Beefeater gin
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce Campari
ice, to fill the glass for mixing (the bigger the cubes, the better)
fresh orange peel, to garnish
Directions
- Combine the gin, vermouth, Campari, and ice in a mixing glass.
- Quickly stir the mixture for 30 seconds, but don’t stir too vigorously as to not bruise the liquors.
- Strain the liquid into a martini glass and garnish with an orange peel.
